Course Eligibility

B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent with the required Physics, Chemistry/approved subject combination and Mathematics requirements. Admission is primarily based on JEE Main, followed by JoSAA/CSAB counselling.

M.Tech: Candidates should hold a relevant B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent qualifying degree. For regular M.Tech admission, candidates generally require at least 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA and a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline. Relaxations apply according to Government of India reservation policy.

• B.Tech: ~₹1.25 – ₹1.50 Lakhs per year
• M.Tech: ~₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per year
• PhD: Minimal tuition (as per norms)
