Avidus Academy of Management (AAM Business School) is a management institute in Nungambakkam, Chennai, established in 2011. The institute focuses on industry-integrated management education, practical learning, internships, corporate exposure and placement-oriented training.

AAM's flagship offering is a two-year full-time Industry Integrated MBA, which combines the MBA degree with PGDM and specialised diploma training. Students receive management education during the first year and move into specialised training and extended internships during the second year.

The institute also promotes its Pay After Placement model, under which students can defer up to 25% of eligible fees until after successful placement. AAM also advertises a nine-month paid internship during the second year with a stipend of ₹20,000–₹33,000 per month.

MBA Industry Integrated: AAM's flagship programme is a 2-year full-time MBA combined with PGDM and specialised diploma training. The programme covers core management subjects in the first year, followed by specialised electives, professional training and internships in the second year. Students can select any two specialisation streams from HR, Finance, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Systems.

PGDM + Diploma: AAM also offers a PGDM pathway with specialised diploma training in areas including HR, Finance, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Systems. The institute describes the PGDM as a one-year programme combined with specialised diploma and industry-oriented certification/training.
