Courses

B.Arch: Class 12 or equivalent with the required subjects and a valid NATA score. For CEPT's All India seats, the merit calculation uses 50% qualifying-examination marks and 50% NATA score.

B.Des: Candidates must satisfy the programme's undergraduate eligibility and admission requirements. The programme is a five-year B.Des (Hons.) with a common CEPT Foundation Programme.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering: Class 12 with the required subjects. CEPT's university seats use JEE Main Paper 1 for merit, while Government seats are handled through ACPC with GUJCET scores.

Bachelor of Urban Design: Candidates must meet the prescribed Class 12/10+3 diploma eligibility and qualify through NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 as applicable.

PG Programmes: Eligibility varies according to the programme and previous academic background. Several programmes accept relevant bachelor's degrees, while certain programmes require architecture, engineering, planning or design backgrounds.

MBA Real Estate: A recognised full-time bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate for General category candidates and 45% for reserved categories. A valid CAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT score is accepted; candidates without one can take the CEPT PG Test.
