Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, was established in 1979 by the Jesuit Society and is one of India's leading standalone management institutes. Courses
PGDM – Full-Time: LIBA's flagship programme is a 2-year, full-time residential PGDM spread over six terms. The programme has 126 credits and combines core management subjects, electives, experiential learning and a summer project. Students can pursue dual specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics and IT & Operations.
PGDM – Weekend: LIBA offers a 2-year AICTE-approved weekend PGDM designed primarily for working professionals. Classes are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays, and the programme comprises core courses and electives.
PGDM – Online: LIBA's 2-year AICTE-approved Online PGDM is designed for working professionals and provides management education through online classes. The programme carries 120 credits and is positioned as equivalent to an MBA.
PhD / Fellow Programme in Management: LIBA also conducts doctoral-level management research programmes, with its PhD programme affiliated to the University of Madras.
Executive Diploma Programmes: LIBA offers executive education for fresh graduates and working professionals, using case studies, practical learning and industry-oriented teaching.
