Management Development Institute Murshidabad (MDI Murshidabad) is a prominent management institute located in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The institute began its postgraduate management education journey in 2014 and operates under the MDI Society.

Its flagship programme is the two-year full-time PGDM, which is AICTE approved, NBA accredited and has MBA equivalence from AIU. The programme focuses on management fundamentals, analytical skills, leadership, industry exposure and experiential learning.

Courses

PGDM: Two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme covering core areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Business Analytics, Strategic Management and other management disciplines. The programme combines classroom learning with case studies, industry interaction, internships and practical projects.

PGDM – Online: Two-year online management programme designed primarily for working professionals. The programme includes live sessions, synchronous and asynchronous learning, campus immersion and data-driven management education. The 2026 fee structure lists a total programme fee of ₹6.82 lakh.

Course Eligibility

PGDM: Bachelor's Degree of minimum three years with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline. Candidates must also have valid CAT 2025 / XAT 2026 / GMAT scores for the 2026 admission cycle. Candidates appearing in the final year can apply subject to completing degree requirements within the prescribed timeline.

PGDM – Online: Bachelor's Degree of minimum three years with at least 50% marks. Candidates must also have at least 2 years of full-time work experience after graduation
