Courses

B.Design: A 4-year full-time residential undergraduate design programme built around design innovation, interdisciplinary learning, studio practice and real-world problem solving. The programme begins with a foundation year before students move into specialised design pathways. Current specialisation areas include UX & Interaction Design, Product Design and Communication Design, with lifestyle/product-oriented learning also incorporated into the programme. Students work with design tools such as Figma, Adobe software and CAD, while gaining exposure through workshops, live projects, internships and industry mentorship.

BBA Entrepreneurship – Makers Undergrad: A 4-year full-time residential programme designed around entrepreneurship and venture building. Students learn business fundamentals while working on ideas, products, ventures and real-world challenges. The programme is particularly focused on helping students develop, manage and scale entrepreneurial ideas.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Psychology: A 4-year undergraduate programme focused on psychology, human behaviour, cognition, social interaction and applied psychological understanding. The programme is designed to develop analytical, research and people-oriented skills.

B.Tech – Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence: A 4-year technology programme focused on computer science fundamentals, artificial intelligence, programming, data, machine learning and emerging technologies.

B.Tech – Computer Science & Data Science: A 4-year programme combining computer science with data science, statistics, analytics, programming and data-driven problem solving.

Ph.D. Programmes: Rishihood offers doctoral programmes across multiple academic/research areas. Its current doctoral portfolio includes research opportunities in areas such as Design and other interdisciplinary disciplines. The university also has a dedicated Ph.D. entrance framework for Design.

Course Eligibility

B.Design / BBA / B.Sc. Psychology / B.Tech:

• Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Rishihood's current admissions page accepts Grade 12 or equivalent as the basic undergraduate qualification.
• For B.Tech, candidates must satisfy the prescribed subject requirements.
• Entrance/selection routes can include RSAT, SAT, UCEED, JEE and NID, depending on programme and applicant profile.

B.Design: Students from any stream can apply. The university's B.Design page specifically states eligibility as current Class 12 students and pass-outs from any stream.

Ph.D.: Relevant postgraduate/qualifying academic credentials and the university's doctoral selection requirements apply. Design Ph.D. applicants may be required to take the Rishihood University Ph.D. Entrance Test (RUPET) or follow the applicable exemption/selection route.
