Shayona Institute of Business Management (SIBM) is a private management institute located at Shayona Study Campus, Shayona City, off S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad.

Established in 2011 by Ghanshyam Public Charitable Trust, SIBM focuses on management education and currently offers a two-year full-time MBA programme with an approved intake of 90 students. The institute is AICTE approved and affiliated with Gujarat Technological University.

MBA Financial Management: The second year provides students with the option to specialise in Financial Management, covering financial analysis, investment, corporate finance and related financial-management functions.

MBA Marketing Management: Students can specialise in Marketing Management, with emphasis on marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, sales, branding, market research and related areas.

MBA Human Resource Management: The HR specialisation focuses on recruitment, employee development, organisational behaviour, performance management, industrial relations and human-resource practices.

MBA: Candidates generally require a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with the prescribed minimum marks.
