Courses

PGDM – 2 Years: SOIL's flagship two-year management programme integrates Design Thinking, Liberal Arts and Management. The programme offers specialisations in Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Human Resources and uses case-based learning, simulations, design bootcamps, live projects and industry exposure.

PGPM – Business Leadership – 1 Year: A one-year management programme designed for early-career professionals looking to transition into management roles. Specialisations include Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Human Resources.

PGPM – Human Resources – 1 Year: A one-year accelerated management programme focused on developing future HR professionals and leaders. It includes personalised mentoring and leadership-oriented learning
